What is it like to go from start to finish on a project? Check out the video below.
We service most of Florida. We go as far north as Tallahassee and Jacksonville. And as far south as Naples for the Gulf Coast and Loxahatchee on the Atlantic Coast.
The time frame is constantly shifting, anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months after a permit is issued.
The answer to this depends on which county or municipality we need to go through. On average it takes 4 to 6 weeks. As a licensed general contractor, we can help you obtain your permit. Having gone through so many in different areas, we are seasoned in knowing what to expect and which documents to submit.
As a licensed general contractor, we can help with concrete, and of course installation. This also gives us the capability to pull your permit and handle the project from start to finish. They only thing we can’t help with is plumbing and electric, but we can accommodate for it.
We encourage everyone to stop in and see our displays before purchasing a building. As a contractor and manufacturer, we believe it is important to for you to know what exactly you are purchasing and to be able to note the comparisons in quality and structural soundness when shopping around. After checking out our displays and deciding on what you would like for your building or carport, we would sit down and draw up a contract. 15% down is all that is required to get started. From there we go straight into engineering then on to permitting. If your project calls for concrete, we will get this scheduled as soon as possible after a permit is issued. Once concrete is set, we like to wait about 30 days for curation, then we get your building up. Garage doors may go on while being constructed, or depending on type and size, they may come later. After the building is complete, we can file for a final inspection, then the building is ready to be used.
Yes, up to the cost of any expenses already incurred – this could include engineering and permit fees.

At this time, we do not offer electrical or plumbing services. However, we can setup the build for these accommodations, just let us know.
We can build on dirt, concrete, or asphalt.
We travel out to most sites before install to help ensure a smooth process. A level site with plenty of access to the area and clearance around and above the site is vital. We ask that there are no powerlines going over site, no low hanging tree branches, and access wide enough for a truck and 12’ trailer. Our sales reps are seasoned in site conditions and will help you prepare for install time.
We use all domestic steel for the tubing and sheeting. Every structure is engineered specifically for the area.
For us, there is no such thing as standard. We offer a variety of accessories to meet each customer’s needs and build each project to their specifications. Check out our portfolio of work here.
